In some areas of my life yes, there is some fear "controlling" me because there's these fears of failure (which may lead down rabbit holes), not living up to the expectations placed upon you, and fear of man. Then, there's the no, because God has already rescued us from all these fears, so no longer are we afraid of man or the world, but God. And that's the Holy side of fear, which is reserved for God alone. While unbelievers have no fear of God and their lives prove it, we must have fear in God and let our lives show it. Fearing God means being weak in the sight of the world and the flesh, but in humbling ourselves we made strong in Spirit and in God. Thus we mustn't let fear control us, and we mustn't act out of fear of the world, the evil one, or sin. And I pray to God for all you who are in fear to stop fearing the temporary, but start living in the everlasting. Amen.
