The Gospel of Jesus Christ and the infallible word of God.

This is what faith is. This is not just a definition of faith, but it is also a description of how faith works. The Faith of Jesus Christ, his beliefs, his teachings, his truth, his holiness, his love, his Church, this is the most important thing in all existence. We put our faith into The Faith of Jesus Christ. And by this faith we put into him, we are assured of everything he mercifully gives and offers us. This verse is especially important in times of great persecution and great temptation. We have come to know by our reasoning and more by our faith and belief that Jesus Christ is really the Son of God, He truly died as a sacrifice crucified at Calvary for the remission of sins, He was truly born of the Virgin Mary, He truly Died, He truly Rose from the Dead three days after his crucifixion, and he is truly the Way of Salvation. He is truly the Revelation of God to Man. So yes, we are assured of all these things, because God has revealed them to us, but more importantly, during times of suffering, temptation, and persecution, we come to really be assured that all these things about The Faith of Jesus Christ are true, because we are assured that we have the truth. For the world ruled by Satan hates truth, and if we are hated by Satan, we indeed are assured that we have the only Truth that comes from God, and so we are assured of all that has happened according to The Faith of Jesus Christ, the seen things and the unseen things. Amen.
