Romans 15:2 (New International Version)

Each of us should please our neighbors for their good, to build them up.

The words of Saint Paul the Apostle.

The teaching is simple: filled with Love of God, let us be loving and pleasing to our neighbors and build them up for their own good, so that we also will be pleasing to God.

Yes, Amen. Very important here is the phrase “for their good”. We are not to please them if it causes them to stumble, or become people pleasers but rather please our neighbors for their good so they can be built up becoming stronger Christians.
