I've said this but this is one of my favorite worship piece/hymn. The word "Hosea" means salvation in Hebrew, and in the Old Testament is the name of a prophet who symbolizes God's persistent love for His people. He is known as the prophet who married an adulterous woman on God's command to demonstrate to us that though we disobey Him to worship false idols, God's love is persistent to wash away our sins. Through God we have been redeemed.
