John 20:29-31

“Then Jesus said to him, ‘Thomas, you have believed because you have see Me. Blessed are those who have not seen and yet believe.’ Now Jesus did many other signs in the presence of the disciples, which are not written in this book; but these are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that believing you may have life in His Name.”

The Reading of the Holy Gospel according to John.

Christ here offers a blessing to us that though we have not physically seen Him (that is in His physical human form), we still believe. This is a blessing in itself, and strengthens our faith in Christ, that faith in Christ is not limited to only what can be seen or touched, but what is known already.
