“Blessed is the Lord my God, Who trains my hands for battle, My fingers for war; He is my mercy and my refuge, My helper and my deliverer, my protector…”
Just got back from track and I thank the Lord our God for working through me, that He is able to use me in all areas of life, whether through music or sports or serving at church, helping the poor, and STILL working through me despite my sins. I know how truly sinful I am, because there is still an ongoing battle between the old nature/flesh and the new one filled with the Holy Spirit, but He has rescued me. He has suffered and died, and rose again on that cross for our sins, and let us never forget that. And yes, it’s still hard a lot of times to keep going in life (for me), but we must not fall into despair, because there is a hope and a future that God made us for. So let us keep loving the Lord our God, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, and let us rejoice, despite all worldliness, that He may work through us, not to be a part of this world, but set apart, to continue living out our faith, and know that the righteous man may fall seven times, but he always gets back up (Proverbs 24-16). Let us get back up.
Amen Jesus, Amen.
