Discussion Description:
If someone were to ask you how to be saved or go to Heaven, what would you say? I know this is a heavy question, so take all the time you need, because this is a very important question also to our faith.

This could take a couple seconds or years. After that, with strong faith in Christ, it is essential to get baptized so we can be united in Christ. The main way to get baptized is the baptism with water that most of us go through. However, for extraordinary cases, such as the thief on the cross, they can simply just have the desire to be baptized, so a desire to be united with Christ, and it would count. This is called a Baptism of desire. There is also a Baptism of blood, which is becoming a martyr for Christ. This is also counted as a Baptism. After these two steps, mainly faith in God and getting baptized, you're pretty much set, and after Baptism you simply live life within the Church, live life as an authentic Christian. That's what I would say.
