Through what are you in communion with God the most? How has that helped you grow in faith?

Simply by being and participating at the Lord's Supper through the Holy Eucharist, by partaking of the body and blood of Christ, I do really feel in the closest communion with God possible, for it is the teaching from the earliest days of Christianity that when we partake of the Eucharist, we are united with Jesus Christ when we partake of it
