Discussion Description:
We all know the famous words that Saint Paul wrote in his letter to the Ephesians about Spiritual Warfare. But how in your every day lives are you conducting that and staying true and faithful to God? Do not be afraid to go into obsessive detail. And like especially mention when the temptation strikes you in the moment. Like this is all good stuff.

I'll use social media as an example here, which in itself is not bad. I mean, this website here is technically a form of social media, because we're all sharing our thoughts and ideas with each other, and it's really helped me a lot (as well as countless others). However, there are other forms of social media that corrupt the mind. Just as the Lord God can turn evil into good, the devil can twist good into evil, starting from temptations and then into sin. They may even disguise as harmless on the surface, but are actually harming more than they are helping. YouTube is like that for me. No, this does not mean all YouTube is evil and in fact I do listen to some hymns in there, but as of right now I do not have the self control required to control it, to the point where it's beginning to control me which is why I'm deciding to cut it off completely, because clear as day it's turning into laziness, which is a sin. What's unfortunate is a lot of times I don't even know I'm doing it until I actually start doing it, and can't get out, and it's become a real distraction for me. It's almost like autopilot. Anyway, I'm not gonna go into too much detail per say because I'm just watching random stuff on there (minecraft and pokemon), and it's not even "bad", except it has for me become a huge snare that doesn't help whatsoever in my relationship with God. PS: And for those who don't know if you're being tempted and aren't sure if it's good or bad, ask yourself this (this question helped me a lot to discern): will this lead me towards God or away from God? (and if it doesn't hinder or provide towards your relationship with God, then why are you spending time on it in the first place?)
