Intense and deep prayer with God is a very strong weapon for me when it comes to these things. After that I would definitely read the Holy Word, especially the Passion narrative and the life of the Early Church, so that I can keep in mind by the Grace of the Holy Spirit that God has overcome the ultimate enemies, and in my own shoes even. These are the two main techniques that I would usually use in order to overcome these things.

John 16:33 (about God having already overcome the world), Isaiah 41:10 (do not be afraid), and many other verses like these are the foundation of faith (as well as of course, being connected to the Church and partaking in Christ's Living Body). So knowing what God has revealed to us to be true, nothing should shake our faith, not the world, nor Satan, nor strongholds, nor powers, nor sin. Not even an "insurmountable wall", because God is in control and usually these walls and snares may look to be huge in our eyes, but are ones God has already overcome. By the power of God, depending on the obstacle, these walls can be overcome by fasting, charity, serving and sacrificing for one another, being steadfast in faith, even just thinking about God and His mercy on us. But in whatever we do, we are to do with faith in Christ our Lord, our Savior, our God, knowing there is nothing people of this world can do to us children of God.
