Mark 11:24 helped me a lot, about praying and believing I had already received it, and in this case I prayed for God to take away my desire to waste time. It was real late at night at the time and I remember being in deep prayer with the Lord, and I prayed for Him to take this sinful desire away from me, and truly believed. Because I believed He had taken this sin of laziness away from me, I am free from scrolling and watching useless videos, so now I spend that time enhancing my skills to be used by the Lord and spending time with God, as well as my family.
