Discussion: If you had a plan to unite the Orthodox Church and the Roman Catholic Church, what is it?

I know that the schism between the Roman Catholic Church and the Orthodox Church has dragged on for long enough, and for the sake of all of Christendom, if you had a plan for the unity of these two Churches, what would it be?
