Facts
Jimmy Carter can still run for president, since he only served one term as POTUS, and since there is no restriction on inconsistent terms in the U.S Constitution, Carter can still run for president in 2024.
Opinions
Of course, at 99 years old, it is very unlikely that Mr. Carter will run for president, but the Democrats can still nominate him if he chooses to redeem himself. Carter would be better than Kamala Harris and Joe Biden by a billion miles.

Jimmy Carter, former President of the United States, could still run for a second term in 2024. Remember, he only served one term as president, before being brutally defeated by Ronald Regan in the 1980 election. But, Mr. Carter can still run for president, since there is no restriction in the U.S constitution on inconsistent terms. Heck, he might even beat Kamala Harris and other Democrat candidates for president in polling alone. However, this is unlikely since Carter is of course 99 years old. And I do not think that there will be not many people voting for a 99-year-old for a second term. Maybe you should convince Mr. Carter to run for president again. It would be very funny, LOL.
