Carter can still run for president, since he has only served for one term only in the oval office. He however has chosen to vote for Harris, probably because he is so old.

I mean like, Carter can easily beat Harris in terms of polling. Just take a look at the newest polls being put out.

Jimmy Carter at 99 years old can still legitimately run for president. He is very old at this point, but he can still run for a second term. And plus, with all the hatred and distrust against Kamala Harris recently, would he be a better candidate? Probably.
