Good day brothers and sisters. It is a very beautiful day that the Lord Jesus has willed for us and so let us give thanks to the Lord our God, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Let us be grateful that the Lord is helping us, and let us act in accordance with him, so that we may always be walking with Jesus Christ, and following in his footsteps. For we do know that when we entirely follow Jesus Christ, we will also be resurrected like he was and be forever with the Father like he is right now.

So it is important to follow Jesus Christ. And so how do we do this? The way to do it is to keep Christ's commands, which is to Love one another, as he has Loved us here on earth. We must be morally upright, and we must imitate the great virtuous values that Christ himself does have. We must also imitate the Apostles of the Early Church, being morally upright, and bold for Christ, not cowardly, afraid, or scared, for Christ by his cross and resurrection, has set us free from sin, and so has conquered death, the devil, and fear, for fear no longer has any hold over us who belong to Christ Jesus.

However, there will be many trials and tests that will put us on the edge at many times. There will be severe trials, testing us to see if we truly do Love Jesus Christ with all of our heart. At time we may even be beaten and struck for Christ Jesus. Sometimes the devil will tempt us to sin like we did in the past so much so that we get mentally depraved. We will definitely get very burnt-out following Jesus Christ at some times, for we are following the Author of Life, that we may have life eternal with God, and the demons do not want this to happen.

So, when these times do happen at some points in our lives, we must not curse God. That is the exact opposite thing we must do. Instead, when these tough hardship times do occur, we must come before Jesus Christ the Son of God, and allow him to lead us and strengthen us during these times and hardships. Recall Christ's words brothers and sisters: "For with man, it is impossible, but with God, all things are possible," (Luke 18:27). If we truly do recognize and understand the significance of Christ's words here, we would put them into practice and daily use. We do know that when we do get exhausted, we need someone stronger to help us out. The person to go to for strength then in times of extreme trials, tests, tribulations, and temptations is Jesus Christ. Recall Saint Paul's words in 2 Corinthians 12:7-10, where Saint Paul does ask Christ to heal him, but Christ tells him, "My power is made perfect in weakness," and so Saint Paul accepts this saying from Christ. So it is with us brothers and sisters: whenever we are exhausted because of temptations, whenever we are very weak, we must call upon Christ to have his power work through our weakness, so that whenever we are weak, or seen as fools, or thought of as morons, we may become even stronger in Christ. This is the exact definition of letting Christ lead us whenever we are depraved and are in need of strength.

To wrap up, take this little story to strengthen your understanding of what is being said here: There was a priest who was totally overloaded with the priestly duties. One day, he collapsed under the immense weight of it all. He was totally exhausted, and was without any more energy to go any further. He then called upon Christ: "Lord, save me and lead me! Help me carry this cross to which I must bear for your name! Have mercy on me Lord Jesus Christ!" With that statement, the priest gained the energy needed to keep going that day, and from that day on, whenever he needed much strength from the Lord to keep going with his priestly duties whenever he got tired, he called upon the Lord Jesus to lead him and strengthen him through his own weakness.

This story is just meant to give you the understanding of what is being said here. Just simply trust in the Lord and let him lead you. Go in peace brothers and sisters and remain in his Love. Let him lead you and allow his Love to become the dominant force in your life. Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit. Amen.
