As humans, we have imperfections, and one of them is anger. It can be against another person, it can be in the form of insults toward one another, it can be in the little things that frustrate you, it can be a long-time rivalry between two people, and it could be a lot more else than that. Point is, anger is a big problem, to all of us. So, how can we not make it a problem?
Jesus Christ gives us two ways to deal with anger for another person, and they are effective. The first was to be reconciled with your brother (see Gospel message above). If you remember that you have something against that person, if you were mad and still are mad at that person for that certain incident, you should go over to them and reconcile with them; apologize to each other, kiss and make up, so that there will be no more anger between you two. The second way is to settle matters quickly with your adversary. If you settle everything down at the right time, you will not suffer because of that anger between you two. If not, then you will face the consequences of your anger between you two.
I have tried these in my life, and they do work in their cases. I also get frustrated at the smallest things, which is stupid. So, whenever I get angry at those insignificant things, I just remember that one of the gifts of the Holy Spirit is patience. Patience is the key to dealing with anger. If you had patience in the first place, there would not be any anger between any people. Whenever a frustration occurs, that is an opportunity to grow my patience, and become a better follower of Christ, since I have now let go of the worldly things (anger) and replaced it with something of God (patience).
So always remember these ways of dealing with Anger. Since Jesus Christ is the truth, his ways must work! And do try my method of dealing with anger at the small insignificant things, of replacing anger with patience, and strengthening my patience so I can grow closer to Jesus Christ, as a calm person, and not a violent angry person.
May the Grace of Lord Jesus Christ be with you all.
