Today's Gospel of Jesus Christ
5 ?And when you pray, do not be like the hypocrites, for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the street corners to be seen by others. Truly I tell you, they have received their reward in full. 6 But when you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is unseen. Then your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you. 7 And when you pray, do not keep on babbling like pagans, for they think they will be heard because of their many words. 8 Do not be like them, for your Father knows what you need before you ask him.
9 ?This, then, is how you should pray:
??Our Father in heaven,
hallowed be your name,
10 your kingdom come,
your will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven.
11 Give us today our daily bread.
12 And forgive us our debts,
as we also have forgiven our debtors.
13 And lead us not into temptation,[a]
but deliver us from the evil one.[b]?
14 For if you forgive other people when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. 15 But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins.
Matthew Chapter 6:5-15, NIV
Facts
Prayer Ropes are a new way to pray to Christ. It is a weaved rope shaped in a circle with about 50 weaves in the rope. The way it works is on each single weave in the rope, you say "Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, Have Mercy on me, A Sinner," so this way you will humble yourself before Jesus Christ the Son of God, so your prayer can be much more effective.
Opinions
I have never tried this myself, but it does seem like a very effective way to pray to Lord Jesus Christ, along with the model prayer he left for us to use as detailed in the Sermon on the Mount.
Article
Prayer ropes are a new phenomenon in the Christian Community, as it is a new addition to praying to Jesus Christ the Son of God. It is a rope with about 50 weaves in it, and it is tied in a circle. On each weave you say "Lord Jesus Christ, Son of God, Have Mercy on me, a Sinner," so in this way you would humble yourself before Jesus Christ in prayer, so you would have a much more effective Prayer, and therefore have better faith and time with God. This idea was originally created by the creator of The Christianity Pill, a Christian who is saving lives from the evil that is in this world through Jesus Christ. I encourage you to use this method of prayer today when you pray.
